FUND RAISING EVENT

A 5km fun run event for all health care providers in Baguio City, Province of Benguet. Students and professionals of any medical courses are invited to join. This is a fund raising activity to support the project " Wellness for Our Elders" which aims to reach out to our less fortunate elders in the city or who can not sustain their health care needs because of their meager means. Let's run for a good CAUSE!..

GUIDELINES FOR JOINING THE FUN RUN EVENT

1. You need to fill up a registration form, but first read and be well informed about the important part therein, the:

2. If you are joining, you need to sign a waiver specially if you are below 18 y/o, a waiver signed by your guardian "is a must".

3. There are 3 major categories particularly regarding age group and status, in joining the Fun run event these includes:

4. Amount of joining in each category, the details of joining earlier before nearing the set race date gets a considerable amount of discount.
